This website is owned by CGS GROUP INC a New York Incorporated company. The company has imported Italian modern furniture into USA since 1988 acting as a liaison between the biggest Italian furniture brands and USA furniture dealers. Some of our clients name included B&B Italia, Maxaalto, Arflex and many more. The owner extensive business trips to his home country Italy, his wide professional background as well as his growing passion for 20th Century design have played a major role in incorporating 20th Century furniture into new interior design projects starting from his very own home! A new gallery dedicated to Italian Mid Century design was just the next consequential step to a new and exciting adventure… 


Our carefully selected Italian Mid Century furniture collection comprises of a variety of vintage pieces, unless otherwise stated. Most of our upholstery products are restored and newly upholstered with high quality material. When an item is sold in vintage condition or when it has undergone restoration it will be noted in the product item details page. Vintage items most likely will show signs of age and wear consistent with use. When possible, we try to preserve all the original hardware including the original keys, locks and brass. If an item is restored, we try to maintain the integrity of the original piece consistent with the vision of the original designer and manufacturer.  In order to maintain that integrity we require that our team of restorers use the same methods, tools and products that were used upon manufacture.

There is no warranty offered on vintage items or refinished or reupholstered items. 


We provide Shipping and Delivery services within the USA and abroad. Shipping and delivery costs are not included in the products purchase prices. We do offer shipping services through qualified and insured shipping companies. We do ship internationally, in selected locations only. Please contact us for any information you may need about shipping.Once a shipping quote has been approved by you, you will be contacted by the shipping company for payment and details regarding shipping procedures and estimated time of arrival. By purchasing through our company you acknowledge that responsibility of your purchase transfers to the Third Party delivery provider and or shipper of your choice at the time of pick up. Our company will not be liable for any damage, theft loss or otherwise that occurs during pick up, shipping and or delivery of the item by Third Party providers.

We suggest that all clients inspect their item at the time of delivery and before the delivery provers leave the home. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged we will be happy to assist you with filing a claim. In order for us to assist you we need you to inspect the merchandise at the time of delivery and before the delivery provider leaves the home, notify our office immediately and send our office detailed photos of the damage within 24 hours. Keep the original shipping package and make photos of the package. CGS GROUP INC is not responsible for goods damaged lost or stole by Third Party Providers

We accept cash, personal or business checks, wire transfer, Mastercard and Visa. All payment made through credit cards will incur in a 3% processing fee. You must provide us with your credit card information by phone only. For security reasons, please do not send any of your sensitive information via email. We reserve the right to hold all merchandise until payment has fully cleared. All orders delivered within the state of New York must pay New York State Sales Taxes of 8.875% unless we have a current resale certificate on file. All orders delivered outside the state of New York are tax extempt 


The products are sold “as is” and “where is” conditions. With some limitations and where possible, If you require any other work to be performed over the furniture before shipping please inquire our office prior to purchase.
